The "Little Miss Las Amigas" pageant is an annual event organized by chapters of Las Amigas Incorporated, a community organization with multiple chapters located in North Carolina. The purpose of the pageant is to offer scholarships and support for community initiatives, while also providing young girls with the chance to enhance their communication and presentation skills.
This pageant functions as a fundraiser, with the proceeds allocated to scholarships for students and the support of various community programs. The chapters of Las Amigas are engaged in their local communities, assisting schools, hospitals, and other organizations.
The Morven chapter, located in Anson County, has been actively participating in community service since 1987, granting scholarships and backing other initiatives.
